The Story
 
The year is 1880 and the dead have risen!
You were there, riding the new railway west seeking your fortune, when the screaming started, and then people, if you can call them that, shambled into the carriage, biting and clawing at the other passengers. 

You saw one gunslinger put six shots into one of them, but it kept coming. It was around that time you jumped off the train. Luckily you didn't break anything, but in your haste you left most of your gear behind. 
 
Now you are in a place the natives call Dead Man's Canyon. You've got a few bullets left and a beef sandwich, but you need shelter, more food, and definitely more ammunition. You've heard that there was a new settlement around here. Perhaps you can find it and get help - assuming it hasn't been overrun by those … creatures.
 
Gather some d6 dice, a standard deck of playing cards and pencil, and good luck…
